Patient developed Bilateral grade 3 capsular contracture with mechanical complication of left breast implant. Procedure performed is bilateral implant exchange to a round smooth moderate profile silicone implant 345cc bilaterally with placement of meso bio matrix and bilateral circumareolar mastopexies. Post op photos taken at 8 weeks.
