Patient underwent a previous submuscular breast augmentation with 375cc moderate profile implants but now desires larger, fuller breasts. Procedure performed is an Implant exchange to a round, smooth, high-profile silicone implant 560cc bilaterally, with inferior lateral capsulorrhaphy and superior medial, and anterior capsulotomies through an inframammory fold incision. Post op photos taken at 8 weeks.
