Bilateral submuscular breast augmentation with inframammary fold incision. Differential size implants were used to correct asymmetry, smooth, round, high profile silicone gel 350 cc on the right breast and 325 cc on the left breast. Age 29, Ht. 5’2″, Wt. 108 lbs. Postoperative photos taken at 7.5 months.
