Patient has breast ptosis after 140 lb. weight loss post gastric bypass surgery.  Procedure performed was bilateral circumvertical mastopexy with sub-muscular breast augmentation.  Implants used are smooth, round, moderate plus profile silicone gel 425 cc bilaterally.  Age 48,  Ht. 5’6″,  Wt. 169 lbs.  Post operative photos taken at 4 months.
