Coronavirus (Covid-19)

A Message from Kramer Plastic Surgery

To all our valued patients:
We have been closely following recommendations and guidelines from the CDC, other medical resources and our Idaho leadership regarding the spread of Novel Coronavirus (Covid-19). Prior to the Governor’s stay at home order, we had suspended both surgical and aesthetician services for patient safety. We are evaluating the situation on a weekly basis. Rest assured we will be ready to move forward with all those services once it is safe to do so.

We’re Still Here for You

Despite our office is being temporarily closed to non-essential appointments, we continue to provide:
  • care to our post-operative patients
  • care to patients who may require more urgent services
  • telephone ordering for skincare products that can be delivered to you via mail or curbside pickup
  • limited staff available to answer your calls

Limited Hours

While you can contact us online anytime, our current hours of operation are:

  • Monday – Thursday: 9am – 2pm
  • Friday: 9am – 12pm (noon)

Next Steps

We will continue to monitor the situation as it unfolds and provide updated information via social media and on our website. Once we have more details and feel it’s safe to move forward, we will be contacting patients in order of most recent appointment for re-scheduling.

We are committed to the health and well being of our patients and community, and feel it’s imperative that we uphold our responsibility to help avoid the spread of this rapidly evolving viral pandemic. We encourage all our patients to follow CDC guidelines and avoid non-essential contact in order to stay safe. This is a hardship for us all, but we are confident that we will all get through this together. If you have any questions or concerns please don’t hesitate to contact us online.
